ABINGDON HIGH SCHOOL DOWNTOWN SENIOR SESSION

This was a Abingdon senior, dancer, double rainbow kind of night. When Morgan arrived at Lukes Cafe it was just barley misting the rain which turned into a pretty epic rainbow that followed us around for the next hour. There were moments when it even felt like a fall night so we couldn’t have asked for a better night for Morgan’s senior portrait session.

Downtown Abingdon might be one of my favorite locations for senior portrait sessions. It has the perfect of classic and beautiful buildings as well as colorful and a bit funky. Adding Morgan to the mix made for the perfect night. It still amazes me how senior portraits have evolved over the years. We spent part of the session laughing at how far senior sessions have come; mine involved a fake lattice walls with greenery in a studio. I cannot help but wonder how senior portraits will continue to evolve over the years.

Morgan is an insanely talented dancer who attends Abingdon High School. She also makes a great pour over coffee at the farmer market with Wolf Hills! Watching her grace and poise against the downtown buildings inspired me on so many levels. Thank you for dancing in the streets, balancing in parking lots and skipping through the field for me. I hope you have an amazing senior year.
