6 Month Milestone Abingdon Virginia
This family celebrated Lillie’s 6 month milestone with a family session in downtown Abingdon, VA. Lillie loves to flash big smiles, snuggle with her mom and dad and she gives the biggest grin when you help her stand. Six months is such a fun milestone between the growing personality and independence.
I met this beautiful family at a photography workshop a few years ago in Johnson City TN. They were one of the couples at the workshop to be photographed and I had so much fun working with them. Katie has a beautiful inner glow and she has definitely passed that glow onto Lillie. I had Katie and Lillie in the studio just a few months ago for a mommy and me session and it is amazing to see how much she has grown since then.
We ended the night at Walnut Hills Lavender farm in Abingdon Virginia which is my own version of heaven. I didn’t think that location could get much better but when you add the Mabe family and their adorable dog Cooper it just put the location over the top.
Milestones can sneak up on you so quickly. Some of the nights are so insanely long and then the months and years fly by. I always recommend booking your milestones as part of your newborn session so you can sit back and relax and let the memories unfold.
